A School Built Because of Him, by Him and for Him
It all started when God moved in the hearts of a few praying parents. Start a new school? It seemed impossible! But one step of obedience at a time, Liberty's founding families saw God at work, building a school from the raw material of faith.
Today classrooms buzz with the excitement of students learning every subject through the prism of God's person and purposes. Graduates are released to serve Him. And every year, God takes the loaves and fishes we offer and renders back a miracle.
Is God calling you to join the story? The parents, grandparents and friends of Liberty who have already shared in the work welcome you! Watch with us as God multiplies the gifts we bring and raises up a generation who praise His name.
Just a Few Important Initiatives
Early on, Liberty's board of directors determined that fund raising -- though necessary for a school unsupported by taxes or a denomination or church -- would not be placed on the shoulders of the students, nor would it be a constant call.
As a result, Liberty mounts only two major fundraisers each year: the Annual Fund and the LCA Classic Golf Fundraiser. A few incidental, "user" based opportunities such as Scrip are available as well. And for persons who desire to leave a greater legacy, Liberty also accepts Major Gifts.
