"These words, which I am commanding you
today, shall be on your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to
your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you
walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up."
Deut. 6:6-7 |

Liberty Classical Academy is an independent, non-denominational school. As such, we teach primary Christian doctrine only, directing students to Scripture, their parents, and history for guidance in forming secondary beliefs.
While students of diverse faiths are welcomed, parents must accept that the following beliefs will be presented. All administrators, teachers, staff members, coaches and board members must agree to and sign the Statement of Faith below:
This Statement of Faith adopted by Liberty Classical Academy is limited to primary Christian doctrine. Primary Christian doctrine is doctrine which is central to all Christian denominations and sets Christianity apart from other faiths. The following Statement of Faith is taken directly from the Liberty Classical Academy By-Laws:
- We believe the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God, inerrant in the original manuscripts. We believe the inerrancy of Scripture embraces not only religious truth, but also the Bible’s scientific, historical, and literary features. (II Timothy 3:15, II Peter 1:21)
- We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1, Matthew 28:19, John 10:30)
- We believe that creation was an act of God. (Genesis 1-2:7, John 1:3, I Corinthians 15:45-49)
- We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (John 10:30-33, Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23, Luke 1:35, Hebrews 4:15, Hebrews 7:26, I Corinthians 15:3, Ephesians 1”7, Hebrews 2:9, John 11:25, I Corinthians 15:4, Mark 16:19, Acts 1:11, Revelations 19:11)
- We believe that people are sinful by nature and need Jesus Christ as their personal savior. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary. (Romans 3:23, Ephesians 2:3, Psalm 51, and Romans 6:23)
- We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and not as a result of works. Faith which leads to salvation is evidenced by good works. Therefore, we believe that those who have repented of sin and have received by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born again and shall be saved. (Ephesians 2:8-9, James 2:14-18, acts 2:38, Acts 4:12, John 1:12, John 3:3)
- We believe in the Holy Spirit who came forth from God to convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment. The Holy Spirit regenerates, sanctifies, comforts, indwells, and enables the Christian to live a godly life. (John 16:8, Titus 3:5, II Thessalonians 2:13, John 14:25-27, I Corinthians 5:11, 6:9-10, 6:19-20, Galatians 5:16 and 5:19-23, I John 2:9, Ephesians 5:3-7, Romans 1:18-32)
- We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost – that they are saved to the resurrection of life or lost to the resurrection of damnation. (John 5:28-29)
- We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 8:9, I Corinthians 12:12-13, Galatians 3:26-28)
