Athletic fees and forms must be submitted before a student may participate in games or practice.  Students in 7th grade and up must have a valid 2011-2012 Sports Qualifying Physical Exam.pdf form filed in the school office.  Students interested in participating on a varsity team must also complete a 2011-2012 Athletic Eligibility Brochure.pdf.  Students must also follow the Extracurricular Activities Policy - 7-21-10.doc

Athletic Participation Fees:
Upper school teams - $175
Middle/lower school teams  - $125
